This cocoa and chocolate tasting focuses on the genius of Claudio Corallo, cocoa grower and chocolatier. Thanks to Claudio’s unique approach toward cocoa cultivation it is possible to taste non-defective cocoa beans and products derived therefrom, i.e. dark chocolate which is not bitter.

Flemming Laugesen will take you on a journey into Claudio’s world and demystify the process of arriving at this seemingly miraculous product. We will taste all Corallo products, from raw to roasted cocoa beans, from 100% chocolate to chocolates with added natural ingredients.
