Vinification: Harvest and meticulous selection of the grapes. After a delicate pressing the grapes are left for approx 20 days in specials vats and are stirred three times daily.
Lactose fermentation: Yes
Elevation and refining: After the fermentation process the new wine is decanted and put into 228 litre oak barrels from the Massiccio Centrale, where it stays with it's yeasts for 2 years without being decanted. After this period it is decanted three times so as to create a natural clearness before being bottled, this way the wine must not be filtered. The refining in bottles proceeds for another 8 months.

Colour: Bright ruby red
Bouquet: An extraordinary complexity and dynamic succession of spicy red woodland fruit and wild cherry sensations.
Flavour: Especially rich and fresh for a Pinot Nero. Whole and velvety, of great elegance.
